Best Buy has officially kicked off its Black Friday Sale. Black Friday itself lands on November 29, but Best Buy and other retailers have released a good portion of their best deals earlier. You don’t have to wait around to jump on the best prices we’ve found on gaming consoles, video games, PCs and laptops, TVs and more.
One significant advantage that Best Buy has over online-only retailers like Amazon is that you have the option of buying online and picking it up in store. Chances are there’s a retail location within driving distance of your home. Not only do you avoid the hassle of shipping, especially during the busy holiday season, but returning your order is also much easier.
PlayStation Deals Have Gone Live
Sony recently announced that all of their Black Friday specials will go live on Friday, November 21 and that has proven to be the case. Best Buy is one of Sony’s major authorized resellers and the discounts have already gone live on-site. PS5 Slim console bundles, DualSense controllers, the PS VR2 headset, and video games have all seen a massive price drop.
Black Friday Video Game Deals
Best Buy just unloaded a bunch of games for sale. The best deals are on the exceedingly adorable Astro Bot for $49.99, the gorgeous Stellar Blade for $49.99 and Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth for $39.99. If you’re a sports gamer, pick up the latest NBA 2K25 game for $29.99, which is discounted by over 50% off. Also, both the standard edition of Elden Ring and the Shadow of the Erdtree edition that includes the DLC are on sale.

There are some deals here that are worth getting well ahead of Black Friday. Best Buy dropped the price of all of the most popular Windows gaming handhelds, including the Legion Go, Asus ROG Ally, and our top-ranked gaming handheld, the Asus ROG Ally X. If you’re looking for a wireless gaming headset with swappable batteries, the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless gaming headset is going to be your best bet. Best Buy also has the WD Black C50 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series consoles for only $99.99. This is one of the best SSDs for the Xbox.
Black Friday Gaming PC Deals
Best Buy completely refreshed its selection of early Black Friday gaming PC deals. If you’re on a budget, the iBuyPower Scale RTX 4060 gaming PC for $699.99 is a solid deal and a great candidate for 1080p gaming. For something more powerful, consider the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme gaming PC with an outstanding AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU and RTX 4070 Super GPU. The RTX 4070 Super is the best GPU for most people and is perfect for 1440p gaming.

Black Friday has arrived, and there is no better time of year to upgrade your home entertainment than during the Sonos Black Friday Sale. If you’re looking for an easy solution to add great sound to your home, then you’ve probably already heard of Sonos. When Is Black Friday 2024?
The actual date of Black Friday in 2024 falls on November 29, but the holiday deals season starts a lot earlier than that. Plenty of retailers have already been dropping deals online. (This usually starts in the last week of October, just before Halloween.) More and more deals will roll out leading up to the event, which culminates in massive discounts on Black Friday. Retailers will not reveal their biggest deals until the big day, but many deals will be available well in advance.
