If the water is below the minimum water level the impeller will not turn.Please remove the black rectangular plastic piece under the bottom of the machine before using it.Only fill in cold water when washing clothes, please do not wash clothes in hot water, otherwise the machine may be damaged.Please Know Before Purchasing: To ensure the quality, product will do water intake and drainage tests by manufacturer. It will be re-cleaned, but may have some water left inside to cause wet/water stain.
