In prior years, Black Friday used to be a small window of five days between Thanksgiving Day and Cyber Monday, and it would make sense to halt all of your shopping until that time arrived. That’s just not true anymore. Retailers are stretching out this sale event across all of November so that some of the best deals of the season can happen weeks in advance.
Several retailers are advertising early Black Friday deals on TVs, including Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, and even direct manufacturers like Samsung and LG. I’ve only listed the TVs I think are worth picking up right now. The pricing on these TVs will be competitive to what we see on November 29. However, Black Friday is only a week away and there is always a chance that the prices will drop further. I will keep track of any price drops and update.
The Best Black Friday TV Deals So Far
65″ Samsung S90D 4K OLED Smart TV
Here’s your chance to get one of the best OLED TVs on the market at an amazing price. Right now, Samsung, Amazon, and Best Buy are offering the current 2024 model 65″ Samsung S90D 4K OLED Smart TV for only $1,399.99 after a massive 48% off price drop. This is an excellent TV to pair up with your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. In fact, this TV could even be a better gaming TV than the LG C4. Although we haven’t personally tested it, RTINGS says that the S90D is brighter, has a wider color gamut, better color volume, wider viewing angle, and better HDR gradient handling.
55″ Samsung The Frame Series 4K Smart TV
The Samsung LS03D is the new 2024 model and it is on sale at an appreciable discount for the first time. Every size is currently marked down, but the best deals are for the 55″ model for $899.99 and the 65″ model for $1299.99. Samsung’s “The Frame” sets itself apart from all other TVs with its seamless aesthetics. It features an Art Mode that showcases your choice of fine art similar to a screen saver on your computer. You can choose art purchased from the Samsung Art Store or your own personal collection of NFTs, personal photos, wallpapers, or whatever else you want displayed. The TV bezel is thin and can be customized with different colors and designs to make it look like an art frame. No TV stand is included because “The Frame” is supposed to look more like a painting than a TV set. Instead, you get a slim wall mount.
85″ Hisense QD7 4K 144Hz QLED Gaming TV
Best Buy and Walmart have dropped the price on the new-for-2024 85″ Hisense QD7 4K Smart TV. Right now, you can get it for just $799.99 after a $400 instant discount. This is an excellent deal for a huge TV that can run games in 4K at up to 144Hz on your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X console. It costs hundreds of dollars less than every TV in our roundup of the best TVs for PlayStation 5. If you bought a PS5 Pro, perhaps this will help alleviate the sting of spending $700 on a console.
55″ Hisense U7 Series 4K QLED Mini-LED Google TV
The Hisense U7 is a high end TV (the second best TV in Hisense’s lineup after the U8) at a low end price. It has all the features that befits a premium TV, like a quantum dot Mini-LED panel with full array local dimming, a 120Hz panel capable of up to 144Hz variable refresh rate, both Dolby Vision and HDR 10+ support, and HDMI 2.1 inputs so you can play PS5 and Xbox Series X games in 4K at up to 120fps.
55″ TCL F35-Series 4K Fire TV
Best Buy just dropped the 55″ Insignia F50 4K Fire TV to the lowest price ever. Insignia is Best Buy’s house brand and this TV lineup is generally priced well below what most mainstream TV manufacturers can compete against. The F35 is ready to go out of the box for you to start gaming and enjoying 4K content with a very intuitive Fire TV interface that works seamlessly with your Echo for voice control.
98″ TCL QM7 4K QLED Mini-LED Google TV
If you’re in the “bigger is better” camp, have we found the deal for you. Amazon is currently offering this massive 98″ TCL QM7 4K Smart TV for only $1999.99. This is a 2024 model with a lot of premium features, like a quantum dot Mini-LED display, a native 120Hz panel with up to 144Hz VRR and HDMI 2.1 inputs for the best possible gaming experience on your PS5 or Xbox Series X console, and an intuitive Google TV interface that works seamlessly with your Android phone.
65″ Hisense CanvasTV and TCL NXTFRAME Art TVs
Do you like the idea of the Samsung The Frame TV series but don’t want to pay the Samsung prices. Well both Hisense and TCL have less expensive alternatives of more or less the same thing. These TVs are designed to look more like an art installation than a blank TV screen when you’re not using it. As such, they share similar characteristics to The Frame TV, including the matte display, picture frame style bezel, and included ultra-slim wall mount.
77″ 4K OLED TVs at Great Prices
OLED TVs still command a premium price, but they’ve still come down enormously over the years. For Black Friday, you can pick up one of two 2024 77″ OLED TVs for only $1599.99. That’s an excellent deal considering the fact that this is the price for a 65″ OLED TV on any given day. Both TVs are 2024 models and have true OLED panels, meaning they offer near infinite black levels and near instantaneous response time. They are both equipped with a native 120Hz panel and HDMI 2.1 ports, so you can play games on the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X unencumbered.

When Is Black Friday 2024?
The actual date of Black Friday in 2024 falls on November 29, but the holiday deals season starts a lot earlier than that. Plenty of retailers have already been dropping deals online. (This usually starts in the last week of October, just before Halloween.) More and more deals will roll out leading up to the event, which culminates in massive discounts on Black Friday. Retailers will not reveal their biggest Bdeals until the big day, but many deals will be available well in advance.
